1. Data we process
- Account and profile: phone number, name, language, contact methods, account status, legal acceptance, and authentication identifiers.
- Marketplace content: journey and delivery offers, routes, dates, prices, messages, images, saved alerts, and offer status.
- Communications and safety: chats, images, reports, blocks, support requests, moderation decisions, and relevant audit records.
- Purchases: product, transaction identifier, purchase status, and access grants. Apple, Google, and RevenueCat process store payment details; we do not receive full card details.
- Device and technical data: push-notification token, platform, app/build information, IP/network and security logs generated by service providers, and diagnostic information you provide.
2. Why and on what basis we process data
- To provide accounts, offers, discovery, chat, purchases, notifications, and deletion requests: performance of our contract.
- To moderate content, prevent fraud, secure the service, retain necessary evidence, and defend legal claims: legitimate interests and legal obligations.
- To comply with law, lawful authority requests, accounting, tax, consumer, and safety duties: legal obligations.
- Where we specifically request optional consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
3. Visibility and recipients
Approved offer content and selected visible contact methods may be shown to other users. Chats are visible to participants and may be accessed by authorized support/moderation personnel when needed for support, safety, or enforcement.
We use service providers including Google Firebase for authentication, databases, functions, storage, hosting, and notifications; Mapbox for map display; RevenueCat and Apple/Google stores for app purchases; and infrastructure or professional advisers where needed. Providers process data under their own terms and applicable data-protection commitments.
4. International transfers
Providers may process data outside Germany or the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on adequacy decisions, contractual safeguards, or another lawful transfer mechanism. Contact us for information about applicable safeguards.
5. Retention
We keep account and service data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Expired offers may be deleted automatically. After deletion, we remove or anonymize personal data unless retention is reasonably necessary for legal obligations, accounting, payment disputes, fraud prevention, safety investigations, enforcement, or legal claims. Retention periods are reviewed and data is not kept longer than necessary for its purpose.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent; and complain to a competent data-protection authority. You can edit profile information and delete your account in app settings. You may also use the account-deletion page or contact bitsoasis@web.de. Identity verification may be required.
7. Account deletion
Deletion removes your account, private tokens, legal acceptance records, user-owned offers and media, alerts, access records, and your messages/images where feasible. Shared records are closed or anonymized while other users' content and records required for legal, payment, fraud, or safety purposes may remain. Store purchase records may also remain with Apple, Google, or RevenueCat under their policies.
8. Security and children
We use access controls, Firebase security rules, server-side validation, moderation, and other safeguards. No system is completely secure. The service is for adults aged 18 or older and is not intended for children.
