Delete in the app
- Sign in to On Your Way.
- Open Profile, then Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the consequences and confirm permanent deletion.
Request deletion without the app
Email bitsoasis@web.de with the subject "On Your Way account deletion request" and the phone number connected to the account. We will verify that you control the account before processing the request.
What deletion does
Deletion removes your authentication account, profile, notification tokens, legal acceptance records, user-owned offers and media, saved alerts, access records, and your messages/images where feasible. Shared chats and reports are closed or anonymized so other users' content can remain.
Some records may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, accounting, payment disputes, fraud prevention, safety investigations, enforcement, or legal claims. Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or other providers may retain purchase or service records under their own policies.
